Policy Duration:
Our refund policy is applicable for a period of 30 days starting from the date of your purchase. Once this period has expired, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

- It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Required Documentation:
To facilitate the return process, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Damaged on Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the damage and send them to our customer support team at help@poweler.com. Once the damage is verified and confirmed, you will have two options: we can send you a replacement product or provide a 100% refund.
Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to report any issues. If the product malfunctions or is defective during this period, you may return it at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, allowing you to reorder a new product.
Change of Opinion:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return due to a change of opinion. If you wish to proceed, please contact us at help@poweler.com, and we will provide you with a return address. Please note that we only accept returns for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.
Wrong Product:
If you have received an incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will provide a 100% refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted (usually between three and seven days).

Exchanges:
